The new development ties in with the existing neighborhood structure and creates a natural connection between the new and existing buildings. As in classic settlement structures that respond to topography, access, and orientation, we make optimal use of the terrain to ensure harmonious integration into the context. 1/2Year:

2/2 – The compact row buildings are densely packed in order to preserve the green courtyard space as a communal area that fosters a sense of identity within the settlement. The buildings are positioned in such a way that they enclose the central open space without dominating it. This creates a harmonious sequence of open and sheltered areas that encourage interaction while also providing opportunities for retreat. The gaps function as forecourts and meeting places, characterized by both private front gardens and communal meeting areas. This varied use creates a dynamic yet intimate atmosphere in which both social interaction and retreat are possible.
