2/2 – With these challenges in mind, we developed two individual buildings that form a common intermediate space and, thanks to their orientation, allow the apartments to enjoy views in almost all directions. A total of 14 apartments and ancillary rooms are planned. There are 15 parking spaces in the communal parking garage. The design of the surroundings is explicitly intended to be close to nature and create a connection to the green areas of the surrounding agricultural zone. The natural slope has been retained and large parts of the roof areas have been intensively landscaped. All apartments face several sides and many have direct access to the garden.
