4 detached houses and a semi-detached house are being built in a predestined location above the municipality of Wohlen. The new buildings are arranged in parallel and have views to the east and west. All buildings have 2 full storeys; an additional attic storey was deliberately omitted so that the buildings remain compact. All buildings are planned and constructed to the Minergie-P standard. 1/2

2/2 – Heat pumps are planned for heating. There are photovoltaic systems on the extensively greened roofs. Each house has a double garage integrated into the building structure and its own cellar with a hobby room. There are private gardens between the buildings, which are clearly assigned to a house and are completely private. The 6 houses replace a detached house in need of renovation. Despite the higher number of new houses, the residents still have privacy and everything that a contemporary detached house needs. The houses are to be sold and then built with individually planned adaptations by the new owners.
